This lady is alright. She wasn't able to take on any new clients because she's full but it didn't prevent her from answering an important question I had regarding a specific tax form type. She didn't have to do that but she did, and it shows her selflessness.

I have used Vivian Spinn's services for tax prep for several years now. She's wonderful. Very well-organized, thorough, timely, and a pleasure to meet with (alas, on Zoom these days!). I suspect my taxes are pretty basic, but I'm sure I don't hand her the best-organized piles of materials, yet she manages to pull it all together effectively! Her staff is also very efficient, well-organized, and pleasant to work with.
