I’ve been going to Uptown Park Dental for over a decade now since I was a child. Throughout this time, there have been several dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff but they’ve always been great. I’ve had braces, cavities, and now crowns (because I didn’t take care of my teeth after my braces) and they’ve always been helpful. They always encouraged me to take care of my teeth and I didn’t. Now that I do, they congratulate me when I come in and they can tell I brush and floss daily now. Roxanne has always been so nice!
I came here almost 2 years ago for a broken tooth (teach me to eat hard candy). At first everyone and everything was great—I was greeted well, initial appointment went well, and even the primary appointment was great. No problems.
The issue became evident when they tried to say that I owed another $120 about 8 months afterwards, when I in fact did not. I paid my copays and already met my deductible. I get balance billing, but I called my insurance carrier and got the invoice of what Uptown sent them vs what insurance paid.
