Cesar with TLC got here a couple hours after my 7 a.m. call to TLC's office and rolled up his sleeves. Our shower refurbishment job turned out not to be as simple as it might have been, but he kept after it with complete professionalism and got everything addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Pricing - well, the initial quote was higher than I had hoped, but once I saw how the job was not straightforward at all, I sure was grateful that I'd gone with a professional outfit like TLC . . . and, in the end, I feel like it was worth every penny to have Cesar do the job the RIGHT way. A big thanks to Cesar and the Armstrongs: I'm glad I called them.
TLC always comes through, and you don't have to wait days before getting service. The guys are all very knowledgeable and experienced in their specialties: toilets, drains, boilers, HVAC. I learned that they do Continuing Education constantly. Last job done was getting a toilet replaced with a relocation part, done by Ryan.
