I've been seeing Victoria for my hair for years and she's always gone above and beyond. She's always given me exactly what I ask for and then some! Victoria keeps my blonde looking impeccable. She uses a great booking system that sends reminders right to your phone! I'll also mention that I've never had my brows waxed where they DIDNT get irritated until The Beauty Garden. I highly recommend this salon.

Had an appointment for a lash lift but missed it due to an emergency. When I messaged Victoria to apologize and reschedule she had told me that I was blacklisted due to her “no show, no call” policy. She had never told me about this policy until then and it was suppose to be my first appointment with her. A one strike policy is incredibly flawed and she should reconsider changing it to a two strike policy. Saved me from wasting my money on an unprofessional place with an incompetent person. Oh well, at least it’s not my business that I’ll be running into the ground.- NOT ONCE WAS I TOLD THERE WAS A CANCELLATION POLICY THAT STATES IF THERE WAS A NO SHOW NO CALL... read full review
