I called Territorial for an annual maintenance check which ended up with having re-sealing work done on various pipes, skylights, and the chimney. I'm very happy with the quality of service (promptness, clear explanations, fast efficient work) and the pricing (reasonable). I will happily call Territorial for any roofing issues and will recommend them at any time.

Had a great experience with this company! I felt they gave me a thorough and fair quote. They verified the start date the week prior to starting. The people were always prompt, professional and detailed in their work. Every question I had was answered to my satisfaction and they explained any adjustments they made that were different from previous work done.
