We used this company 3 times before we settled on a home. Fred is hands down the best home inspector you can find. He has great attention to detail! As a first time home buyer he explained to me what was essential and what was easy to fix. I see one person wrote a bad review, there is no doubt in my mind that person mistaken this company for another. Fred is an all around great person. He’s friendly, he’s intelligent, and he works very hard!

I hired Fred from Superior Home Inspection last year to take a look at a property that I was purchasing zoned for both residential and business. Fred did such a great job, so much in fact that I felt confident with my purchase of the condo. When the roof of the building was damaged due to the hail storm, we had in the fall of 2018; I hired a roofing company that unfortunately did terrible work. I asked Fred to come back and inspect the work that the roofing company did. Fred took photos of the contractor's work who had done a devastating job. Fred, with Superior Home Inspections was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough in his inspection. His report made me feel like I was right there looking over his shoulder as he went through every detail of the home. The accompanying pictures were clear, labeled, and easily identified the specific issue. His comments and suggestions for remediation were also clear and professional. Overall we thoroughly recommend Fred and Superior Home Inspections!
