This was my first time going in, and I have to say that I was thoroughly pleased. The staff was super friendly, and I was helped right away. On top of that, my haircut was excellent. This was the first time my family went into Supercuts, my husband and daughter received cuts. We were unaware that a regular cut does not include a hair wash or a blow dry and style, and was never given the option to add that on. There seemed to be a rush and as a result the customer service suffered.Service: Haircut

My first cut there was from a black lady and she did a horrible job!... so I called the next day and talk to the manager and she told me to come in and she would fix it. Very happy now.
