This was my first time going in, and I have to say that I was thoroughly pleased. The staff was super friendly, and I was helped right away. On top of that, my haircut was excellent. They also serve veterans with a discount, so it was a win win all the way for me. I will be going back for my next haircut. Thanks Emily!Services: Beard trim
This was the first time my family went into Supercuts, my husband and daughter received cuts. We were unaware that a regular cut does not include a hair wash or a blow dry and style, and was never given the option to add that on. There seemed to be a rush and as a result the customer service suffered.Service: Haircut
My first cut there was from a black lady and she did a horrible job!... so I called the next day and talk to the manager and she told me to come in and she would fix it. Very happy now.
