Cut the water line to my swamp cooler when winterizing. He can't give me an appointment to summarize until 4wk.out.Said he doesn't remember cutting the water line.I WAS a faithful customer for 4yrs. No longer!He obviously needs no new customers. I will no longer recommend this guy/ Royal Plumber.Services: Drain cleaning
