I did a walk in experience today with Mr.Roberto. Right off the bat from the time I met him to when he was cutting/styling my hair the atmosphere of his salon was just calm and relaxing. He was very open and honest with me as well as helpful with the style I wanted and gave me the change that I really needed. Got to opening up about my life and what I’ve been going through/ daily struggles. Roberto took time out of his day not only to listen to my life problems and give me advice. But also revealed to me that I have an underlying issue in my hair that if I catch it now I’ll be able to save my hair.
