They’ve been nothing short of amazing! I got almost to the end of an installation and refinishing of my wood flooring and realized I didn’t love the color (my fault , not theirs) and they were so kind about it. They sat down and went over everything with me again and never once acted annoyed or frustrated and most importantly, NEVER made me feel stupid. Not to mention every single employee that has stepped foot into my home has been kind, respectful, knowledgeable, ALWAYS on time, and VERY responsive.
