The recent updated maintenance on our A/C & heater by Ken was excellent, as always! This lead to our decision to install a soft water unit after talking with Rick who had recently joined the team. He was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and the whole installation went perfectly along with his team member Kelly. They were professional and answered all my questions. Another good reason why I will continue to rely on Jake Ortega and his team for all my plumbing and HVAC needs!!
Just had a whole new refrigerated air unit, furnace & water heater ordered and installed today. Rick & Alex completed the install perfectly and correctly along with providing me all the info I needed to maintain the new units going forward. They left everything clean and spot on! The owner Jake was also very helpful and made sure to work with me where he could as well as made sure I was satisfied with the install. I will use Ortega Quality Mechanical going forward with all of my plumbing, heating & cooling needs! Highly recommend this company!
