Because of a family situation, we could not be present in New Mexico for the sale of my relative's home. Fortunately, the process was left in the extraordinarily capable hands of Sharolyn Graves. I'm embarrassed to say we left Ms. Graves with many difficult issues. She was forced to deal with the inconvenience of repeated no-show contractors, unexpected essential repairs, securing local labor, getting estimates, fielding offers, and even more issues which were clearly above and beyond her responsibility.
