From the day I notified the Neptune Society of my husband's death I talked with Grace. She was very helpful and proactive in explaining everything I needed to do. My whole experience with Neptune and Grace was wonderful. Would highly recommend this organization.
Grace was gracious, informative, responsive, and patient with me as I made arrangements for my son. She was consistently and genuinely kind and helpful through the process. I tried to make arrangements through another local company, but they didn't seem to want to work with me, which made the beginning of the experience hard and frustrating. I'm thankful to have had Grace on our case.
Both of my parents had policy's with this organization. It made their passing so much easier. They were picked up & taken care of. This organization is truly easy to use. The people I contacted were amazing. Thank you all so much. Yes, I bought a policy as well.
