*Updated review* After my initial "bad" review, the owner reached out to me immediately and clarified that she never received any of my calls. She then got my number, gave me a call, answered all of my questions, and guided me through all things paramedical tattoo wise. I look forward to working with her on my inquiries and will update again after my services! Let's all be mindful that sometimes there are misunderstandings, and it's not always bad customer service (speaking to myself )! I've had a couple of services performed by Keona and have found her to be warm, professional and personable. She's quite knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend.
