Christian and his team were incredibly organized and communicative, it was amazing that they were able to stick to our planned budget and timeline despite a lot of unforeseen issues. Modulus remodeled our 100 year old home to fit our family. The project involved every room in our house and added a second floor. Walt created the design and was really easy to work with, knowledgeable and experienced. His ideas were incorporated into every part of the remodel. Christian was an integral part of the design, the demolition, and every step of the remodel. He was on site cleaning up and helping move the project along. He brought together excellent subcontractors and negotiated the cost. Carrie helped with all the interior questions regarding color and materials.
