I've been a Massage Envy member since about 2016. I have noticed (in all locations) a trend of therapists leaving, and locations are understaffed . You pay a monthly membership fee with no guarantees of being able to schedule a service...and definitely not from your favorite therapist because they've moved on.

I’ve had some good massages there. This isn’t about their therapists. However, the customer service is not their strength. I had an apt cancelled on me last minute even after receiving a confirmation text the day before from them. No one ever told me the person I booked with would be on vacation. (This apt had been scheduled for a long time, too. It’s difficult to get booked there)I had to ask three people to have a manager call me. It didn't happen until the third time. Everybody's always professional at massage envy period I egalized them in Phoenix and a New Mexico period always great experience period summer sauce, is there a pisbetter than others, but all of them have been professional for the last 4 years that we've been members?
