I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition but had severe side effects to the prescription medication. Luckily a physician recommended infra red sauna and my autoimmune symptoms are in control.
I had my first massage here this beautiful Sunday morning with Lisa Matteson. She was impressive with her skeletal muscular knowledge; she immediately identified my issue and went to town! She was able to get me to relax enough so that she could get to the knots in my back that have been causing extreme radiating pain down my right arm. With my Eurasian upbringing I was massaged from birth on, I'm a self proclaimed expert in the field. I do not waste time on massage therapists who don't have the skill-set required to render a positive outcome. I love the place but PLEASE get rid of those plastic bottled water!It’s a bit of a contradiction to provide health related services and offer plastic to customer:- bad for the health- also bad for the environmentDoesn’t cost much for a business to switch, actually would cost less over time. Please make the switch
