Nothing but good things to say about the Muay Thai classes! Came into the gym with absolutely zero experience, but with the help of Invictus’ team of coaches, I’ve learned more than I could’ve ever expected. The gym is a super welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for all skill levels. Highly recommend joining if you’re looking to learn a martial art. And on top of that, it’s great exercise.
If you’ve ever thought about joining a gym to learn Jiu Jitsu or Muay Thai, which inludes MMA,I would encourage you to come to Invictus. I just completed my one week free trial. I must say that Rick and his whole staff were welcoming, friendly , respectful, and very knowledgeable in their skills! One thing that really encouraged me to join this gym, are the people there! The camaraderie is amazing! it’s a family environment for sure! I like training at Invictus. It's a cool friendly atmosphere where people are happy to help you learn. I train BJJ and after techniques and drilling there's always a lot of time for Free rolls. Was gone a while and people told me sincerely they were glad I was back.
