“Skip installed a propane heater for me in my AirBnB under a very strict timeline. I was hosting guests during the Balloon Fiesta and had only a couple of days to get the work completed . Skip was quick to order, deliver and install a major heater that was quite complex in a short amount of time. I appreciated his professionalism, his knowledge on how to tackle difficult problems and his great attitude. There was a problem with the digital thermostat he had installed, and when I called at 5:30 in the morning, he not only answered my early morning call, but came over and solved the issue within the next couple of hours. I don't know many professionals who would respond so early and and with a great attitude as Skip! The heater works great and is a major improvement for my business. “Had a small job in the closet. The rod and L bar came down. Rich from punch list came out and did a great job on the repair. He also checked an electrical issue I had . Very nice and professional. He had all the tools and was prepared. I will use him again. His prices are competitive I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of the job.“
