Phone customer service is horrible, they're rude (victor, specifically). The account is under both me and my husband and have never had an issue with anyone speaking to me, but Victor refused to speak with em regarding THIER tech cancelling (for the 2nd time) because he said it had to be my husband he spoke with. So, since he couldn't speak with me, I hung up to save myself more wasted time and to call my husband to have him call back. 5 minutes later, my husband gets this text from Victor: "After being rudely hung up on I just want to inform you that we have gotten you scheduled for this Wednesday the 5th between 3-5 PM"

Greenway Pest Solutions is incredible. Our subdivision in Rio Rancho is inundated with mice. I tried another company, their methods didn't work. Some neighbors are using Greenway Pest Solutions so I went with them. They are thorough, easy to work with and are treating for the usual bugs. Their employees have been with them long term, which says a lot about the company. Elisha is great. 5 Stars!

I’ve been using Greenway for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! From the start, their attention to detail and communication have been top-notch. They send a reminder text a couple of days before my appointments, which is incredibly helpful.
What I appreciate most is how they work with my schedule and focus on the key areas I’m concerned about. Their team is professional, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. I’ve seen a significant improvement in my pest issues, and I feel much more at ease in my home.
