Many years ago the owner of this company was a customer of mine. I remember every time I went to his location or ran into them on a job, I watched his teams do amazing work and always thought if I were to recommend a HVAC contractor, it would be a family business like this one. Now, fast-forward nearly 20 years, GNR is still rocking along and in the same location and still making satisfied customers in the 505. Now I've called upon them for a quote for a complete overhaul of cooler and furnace and found them to be not only competitively priced, but dignified. Seems too many service-oriented businesses these days have forgotten how to treat their customers. GNR is the kind of business that knows customers may not always be right, but if the service provider treats its customers with dignity and respect (even when a customer is dead-wrong), they can always remain a customer. I would recommend GNR whenever you need a quote and for a job well done.
