Hired Frank's as a contractor for a large electrical upgrade to my entire property. They installed a whole new 200 amp service, meter, two breaker panels, and ran power to a new workshop I added to my premises. Took a couple of calls to get scheduled (I think they're just very busy, for good reason), but Frank himself came to do the estimate. Many companies send their newest journeyman I think. He was sharp, flippant, funny, and very easy to work with. Theirs wasn't the lowest estimate but was the most accurately itemized and they struck me as highly professional.That assessment was borne out in spades by the work they did.
