Very disappointed with most recent visits. Google said they were open until 4. I arrived at 2:50pm, lady that was working invited me in to a chair, did not mention anything about closing. She put the tint on, I asked if she could leave it on about 10 minutes bc sometimes it doesn't hold well. She said "you can leave it on and wipe it off at home bc we close in 5 minutes". If you couldn't finish the job, you should not have accepted me as a customer.

don't follow the times on maps because they are never here. I just came at 5:15 pm and they are completely closed with a sign that literally says "yes, we are open" I'm tired of them never being here wnen it says. that is so unprofessional. if you're going to own a buisness at least be there when it says or update your hours. also the owner either needs to always be there or train her girls a little better.

I went in a little after noon on a Monday and was seated in a chair right away. I was out in about a half hour. I had threading and tinting done on my brows and they look pretty good. A little blocky but not bad. I would go back if I was short on time and needed a same day appointment.
