Update: I am now at 151 in 8 months. I had to take a three month break due to foot surgery but I’m back on track. This is me then and now I was at a loss nothing worked I was at 225 lbs. I looked up Weightloss programs on line and I was blessed with the pop up for fit medical Weightloss program. Now 5 months later I am at 159 I have lost 66 pounds and counting.
