I’ve been going to this gym for two years now. Absolutely love it! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve seen amazing results from their classes and highly recommend this gym!

I am loving F45 so far! I joined the Challenge and I just completed my 10th session. The coaches are all kind, positive and helpful, and the workouts are HARD but also fun with upbeat music and positive energy—plus you’re in and out in 45 minutes, and they do allll the planning and prep so all you have to do is show up for a great workout. I have been feeling so great since starting and am excited to continue!

I love this place! Friendly, Inspiring group of clients and trainers. Wide range of ages, sizes and skill levels. Everyone is so involved in their own fitness that there is no judgement. It feels like an incredible combination of private and group training all in one at an incredible price. After my 45 minute session I feel like I can conquer the world. If there is one thing that you do for yourself this year make it F45 membership.
