I was overwhelmed when my front property fence was damaged by a company driver and for the first time I was dealing with their insurance company on my own. By chance I contacted Enchantment Fences LLC project manager Brenda Hoover and she was a God send, came to my aide. She was able to help me in all that I needed to get my fence repaired and work with me in anyway she could. Needless to say my fence was repaired and Enchantment workers were respectful and awesome. I just had an 89 foot latilla fence put in, and it is absolutely beautiful! I was only able to find a few companies that were able to do latilla. Latilla isn't cheap, but I feel that Enchantment offered a fair price and were very transparent, and they still came out a couple hundred dollars less than the other two companies. I had a couple thousand for additional security enhancements to the fence, and they were able to offer me several options and come up with the right fence for my property and my needs. They were kind and accomodating when other contractors' mistakes resulted in delays. The men who installed the fence were nice and professional and did an absolutely beautiful job. I couldn't be happier.
