A great studio for pilates! Lourdes is an extremely experienced teacher whose classes are physically challenging while also creating a space for mindfulness and focus. My posture and core strength have improved significantly since joining her classes.
I have been going to the studio over 5 years and it helped with tremendously with my strength and flexibility. After three pregnancies and deliveries, my body was not in a good shape at all but I was so lucky to find Lourdes!
