Finding Empower Pilates and Lourdes as an instructor was an answer to my prayers! I’ve been practicing Pilates for 25 years and I’ve always been searching for a place where I can learn to use the various pieces of equipment. I had never found a place in Albuquerque with the high degree of professionalism and the variety of the equipment that this Pilates studio offers. I really admire Lourdes’ knowledge and longtime career. She is an amazing instructor that has the teaching experience and creativeness to adapt the variety of exercises to meet individual needs.
Lourdes has helped me immensely to improve my balance and core strength. I have participated in competitive sports over my lifetime and I was a little skeptical about the value of Pilates but have become an ardent believer in the power of core strength. Lourdes is experienced in many areas of physical fitness and can tailor your sessions to your specific needs.
My husband and I love this studio. Empower pilates studio truly stands out for the level of personal attention it provides. The instructor, Lourdes takes the time to closely understand each client’s individual capabilities and fitness goals, ensuring that every movement is both safe and effective. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, the sessions are thoughtfully guided and adjusted to match each person’s strengths and areas for improvement.
