Whether you live in or are visiting Albuquerque and want to take a Pilates class or two, this is your place. Lourdes is a fantastic teacher who watches over each of her attendees as if they were in a private class. The reformer machines are in excellent shape and she has additional torture (haha) machines that are put to good use. I highly recommend!
Attending classes with Lourdes has been an absolute delight! Her expertise, patience, and personalized approach make every session enjoyable and effective. She not only helps improve physical strength and flexibility but also fosters a supportive and motivating atmosphere. I have been going to Empower Pilates for years and my body is stronger and more flexible under Lourdes teachings and direction. She’s so knowledgeable about body mechanics and always knows what my body needs at each session. I love how I feel when I am consistent with her classes.
