I guess I made the mistake of walking in today (Saturday) 5 minutes before their 1pm closing to pick up and drop off. Most of the lights were already turned off when I entered, and a minute later the only employee there appeared from the back clearly annoyed that I was there. I apologized for not realizing they closed earlier than most on a Saturday afternoon, and asked if I could just pick up what I had, and that'd I'd just skip the drop off. Her attitude put me off so much so that even after she accepted payment for my pick up and offered to accept the drop off, I politely declined because I had already made up my mind that I would start going elsewhere. Due to covid 19 they upped their prices $9! Last time I'll ever go here. Not cool nor even legal. This is called price gouging. I can't believe they'd due this to a customer that's been coming here over a year. Usually 8 pieces to dry clean and press is $35, now it's $44 due to "prices of starch going up".. I call BS.
