Language barriers among the granite fabricators make it difficult at times to explain mistakes made. Very pleased with our tile work. Once this company has your $, it’s difficult to anyone to return a phone call to get a question answered. I left a few phone messages, an email, finally talked with Julia & ask if 15 boxes of untouched tile can be returned. “ I’ll call you next week” Never heard back. All we wanted was a yes or no! Very unprofessional and rude!

All of the talented ladies at Design Alliance are Amazing !! They have given me the Best guidance and stood by me through my whole long building process. I literally could not have done it without them. Julia and Sheryl have such truly helpful knowledge on every aspect of my building. They have spent many, many hours at the very best price.
