I'm a small remodeling contractor in town and have burned through three electricians in town in the past year. I reached out to Mike and told him what I was after: as a contractor, communication, representation, timeliness, professionalism, etc. are HUGE. I told Mike that if he couldn't live up to these expectations, then he shouldn't bother sending a guy out to my jobsite. Mike wasn't rattled at all. He sent Robin out to troubleshoot an electrical mess, move some switches, relocate some plugs, etc. Robin did an outstanding job, was professional to deal with, called me when he was on his way, called me when he left the jobsite, answered questions while there.
