Precise Solutions is one of the best places in Albuquerque for medical message therapy. I'm a large woman and don't trust very may people to work on me or understand the issues I have as I lose weight and become a healthier person. I have had a Chiropractor tell I was to big to do an adjustment on. To say the least, that didn't help my pain go away and made me shy away from anyone touching me in fear of being made fun of or looked down upon. You will never feel anything but wonderful after talking with Bonnie. There was an instant trust and I was not disappointed. I had had problems with my piriformis and was having difficulties walking and basic movements, which were hindering my ability to workout and stay on my path to a healthy life and causing me to become depressed. After the first time Bonnie worked on me, I felt so much better. I could move, stretch, walk and I felt this amazing sensation of my body becoming aligned again... It was truly amazing! As she worked she explained to me what she was doing and how it would affect me. I now understood what was effecting me and how to move in the right way to warm up my muscles and know how to recognize when it was correct or not. I highly recommend Precise Solutions for all of your massage therapy needs.
