Chi Massage has made a huge difference in the quality of my life. I go in once a week and now I do not suffer with muscle spasms and numbness in my limbs.
I recommend Chi Massage as I have tried other massage therapist and they were not as helpful.

Seeing Cat every 2 weeks takes care of whatever is occasionally not working quite right at the moment but is also part of my wellness routine. I warmly recommend her whether you have an issue or, like me, you’d rather prevent than fix.

Cat Carnell has done an amazing job with keeping my chronic back pain down since my accident. I refuse to go anywhere else due to her experience and ability to help me walk out feeling better then when I went in.
