Casey Optical is amazing!I dropped in for lenses and came out with my whole setup!The staff members are very friendly and helpful to everyone who walks in their doors and I appreciate the good laughs and conversations.Thank you Casey Optical!

I like Dr Kniffen and will continue to see her for exams, however I won't be purchasing glasses there again. I picked up a new pair of sunglasses only to find the lenses were poorly made and distorted. They agreed to replace them, but informed me that if I had paid for better lenses the issue would not have happened. I upgraded and the new ones are ok. Not a great experience. The bigger issue came about when they broke the temple of my daily glasses while adjusting them. Pamela, the manager, begrudgingly promised to contact the manufacturer to get replacement frames. Eye exams here seem thorough and done by an experienced doctor, using updated technologies. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I was picking a glasses frames, a couple of them spent awhile with me watching me try on my top choices and helping me decide which to get. I was very happy with the ones they suggested that I chose. The store is clean and there are some nice frame options. However, I'm sure other stores have a larger selection and prices are high. I ended up getting my latest glasses online. Still I'll return for eye exams and would like to still buy glasses here to support a small business.
