I've been seeing Dr. Kniffen since 2013 and have had consistently great care since then. This was the first place to not just give me exams and update my prescriptions, but took the time to explain the process for making glasses and how I can best fit style with my prescription. I have bad vision in my right eye and my glasses are strong enough to see into the future. Understanding the process helps me care for my glasses and contacts and make sure I keep good habits. Take time to familiarize yourself with your insurance. Insurance can be complicated. Connect with the staff, it'll go a long way.
