We've bounced around between other vets offices in ABQ and never really met one we loved enough to go back to. Not anymore! Met with Dr. Doran, and she was wonderful. I appreciate that she took the time to speak with me and listen to me. She made me feel heard. I also really liked that she shared her thought process with me as she was examining my dog and asked for my thoughts/feedback along the way. At the end she summarized clearly her plan to figure out what's going on. She was calm and patient, even as I asked lots of questions.

There is no other vet or grooming I would take my dogs to in Albuquerque. The women at the front desk are exceptional and the techs really care about my dogs. All of their staff have been with them for a very long time which speaks to that they are an excellent company. I miss Richard Bolton as their lead vet but understand that everyone needs to retire at some point. Dr. Horn is very caring and will explain any questions or concerns I have without making me feel like I'm wasting her time. They are all fantastic.
