I would advise against this business. Whomever owns it is rather ignorant and disrespectful on Twitter and other social platforms. I would definitely have an issue having this company in my home and they see something they disagree with in my home....but given the several bad reviews on here it looks as this is a poor company to work for and have work done. Just look at the disrespectful comments the owner leaves.

When we hired Best Painting for an interior job, the estimator insisted that we schedule for a Friday, even though this meant we would be rescheduling multiple other activities. On the agreed-on day, no one showed up at the prearranged time. I called the company after waiting an hour. I was told they had a situation they were working through, and someone would be here shortly to start work. I waited a second hour prior to contacting the company again. I was YELLED at by a person named Misty. She told me I NEEDED TO UNDERSTAND that they were having employee issues and that they had to pull someone off another job to accommodate us. I requested to cancel the job since it just didn't seem meant to be. She again YELLED at me and told me I could not receive a refund for our deposit (50%) for canceling, and that it stated this in the contract. (It does not state this in the contract in the contract). She also hung up on me twice. The workmanship was fine. MISTY WAS Horrid. Her behavior was extremely toxic, and she was a bully. My suggestion is that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY until Misty has been released from her position or has completed an Anger Management course. Shish! There are a lot of problems there!

We had our home painted by Best Painting. They painted interiors, exterior, metal roof and wrought iron fence. They always came when they said they would, they did a really good job and our home looks beautiful. They were responsive and dealt with any concerns quickly. They were helpful and patient during the the color choice process. They were very pleasant and we are very pleased with our results.
