I have been working with De on and off for 7 years. She is extremely flexible with her time and patient with her training. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their health gain muscle or loss fat. De is also a great life coach. As a small business owner, she has been crucial in our therapy sessions. The greatest part about her business is that there are days that I will need her guidance all the time and then go months without an appointment. She encourages independence but is always available should you need to return for additional support.

Local business owned by a fantastic woman who completely changed my life. She covered every part that was making me unhappy, from eating the proper foods for my lifestyle to the perfect exercises to get the body I want. I was even able to share my problems with her during counseling sessions. You won't find that anywhere else. I would recommend one visit and I promise you won't be disappointed. It's the best money I ever spent.
