First time attending American Legion Post 69. What a nice, plesant experience at this location. Elaine Gallegos was super nice, sweet and welcoming. Can't wait to go back and repeat the fun time we all had. So, gotta throw this comment in.A ton of other folks were having a GREAT time as well, trust me. Keep up the AWESOME WORK all of you staff there!
The American legion post 69 is a great place to go relax meet people with similar experiences and have a great night. It is much more comfortable than a regular bar. The staff was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Since I was visiting from across the country it was great to have a place to go to meet people and not just sit at a bar by yourself in a strange place.
This place is grand if you're a veteran looking to drink and chat, all you have to do is apply to become a member and pay a 35$ entry fee (one time only) you get drinks for 1/4 of the price most bars will charge. My best moment there was when a lovely bartender, Elizabeth asked me what I wanted and I didnt know, then suggested multiple great drinks and made one of the best white Russians I've ever had in my life. A must go to place.
