Good service from David Blackmon. He explained clearly what he found and reassured us about leaks, and suggested a couple of other things to check.
The automated message from the company told us he was on his way, but it would have been more useful to have an estimate of his arrival time, which was about an hour later.
Ed confirmed my diagnosis that the problem was the solenoid valve on the irrigation system. Ed tried cleaning the diaphragm and solenoid and reassembled the unit but it still leaked. Unfortunately, he did not have a spare valve on his truck and we live in the east mountains. So he notified the office and a technician is scheduled to install a new valve tomorrow.

Once a week was detected they sent another crew out Leo and his helper I have to admit this was a very good experience I was expecting the worst they explained everything as they went along and it went very smoothly I highly recommend American leak detection
