Operator 15 is the worst and should reconsider her line of work. I called in for an emergency. Since they didn’t take my insurance she never offered for me to speak to a dentist!!! Never even asked for self pay. Shame on you for thinking of MONEY first before helping a patient.
What a disappointment. Called on 07/22/23 @ 3:37 PM, I was told I’d get a call back and it’s been almost 24 hours and NOTHING. My daughter had an injury to her permanent tooth while we were here visiting and we wanted to her her taken care of. If anyone needs emergency care I’d suggest to call someone else.
