Lori was very helpful when I called for an appointment and sent me up with my earliest availability.
Gabe was extremely punctual which was a blessing since I had lunch plans with my parents. I told him my concerns he actually listened as I showed him were the unit's located. Gabe was thorough in his inspection and service, patient as he answered my questions and just plain pleasant.

Air Pro is an amazing company. I started using them when our old company said we had to replace the compressor because of the new refrigerant changes. Airpro told me there were other ways to deal with the changes that would save money. After 5 years we finally needed to replace our entire unit. They were very clean and professional and the price was 1/2 what other companies wanted. This year we had to replace our water heater and I had 3 quotes. Again AirPro was 1/2 price of the other guys. One company when they heard the price suggested that Airpro couldn’t follow code at that price , but the price included everything including an earthquake straps and inspections....read full review

Had service done to AC unit. Gabe our technician is very professional and knows his work. I will always use Air Pro just knowing the professional install they did with quality equipment and now the knowing the quality service they perform after the install.
