TLDR: Alicia really knows her stuff. She's a great choice for curly/kinky hair textures and ingrown prone people.
First. Let me start with my favorite thing about her as a service provider. I think Alicia is fantastic. I absolutely love her attitude towards people of color being able to receive a service, vendor from the service and having the service provider be knowledgeable about their skin type needs and their hair types. As a person with dark skin and afro textured hair that is not a given in any beautification service I've received in the US.

Finally had time to a make review. I have been going to Alicia since she opened and she has never disappointed. Her energy is amazing and she is so good at what she does, explaining everything along the way. My teenager enjoys her facials and getting her brows waxed too. ? I recommend her for all services, your body will thank you.
