Tim and Debbie are both fantastic!! Debbie took time to explain the process, insurance, etc. my hearing aid just came in today, and Tim explained in great detail how to use the device and adjusted it to the perfect level. he also educated me on how to put one the device and how to charge it at night overall, the team are very professional and friendly. highly recommend.
