Called this company on Feb. 6 because their website says after hours emergency repair. That day was a little stormy so we didn’t expect them to come out that evening and they didn’t offer even though we told them we were having a pretty bad leak. The man on the phone said he would be by in the morning to take a look- didn’t say he needed to come inside, just that he’d look from the outside after describing the trouble area. We didn’t hear from him the next day so we gave him a call to see if he could see what needed to be done.
