Sorry for the long post… This was my first time going to Tommy Guns. I was instantly impressed with the atmosphere, decor, and set up. The staff were friendly, and we were greeted upon walking in. My son is 3 and have only had his hair cut professionally two other times. We have gone to two other locations, both times were great experiences as well. Although, this time went beyond our expectations. My son was so proud of his hair cut, he was smiling before it was even completed. The hair cut was ended off with coloured hair gel. My son was so excited to show his dad his “new style”. I can’t comment on many of the employees there. As this was our first time, but I will give credit where it is due. Which I have to give credit to Josh. Josh was incredibly welcoming, and completed a wonderful job. If you have children, they are so accommodating. After the hair cut was completed, Josh brought my son over the the fridge, let him pick out a juice box, and gave him a pack of candy. Way to go Tommy guns! You will get our business again for the next cut. It’s been a couple of days and my son is still talking about his “new style”. Ps. The mirrors are equipped with a tv in each one.

Great hair cuts! Took our 4 year old there today who absolutely hates getting his hair cut. The staff was amazing and it was the most relaxed time with no fighting! Thank you!!!!
