They provided us with a competitive and reliable quote (no surprises), and walked us through the entire process. I have had many different contractors and group work on my home over the years. The group of young men sent to install my heat pumps were the kindest, most considerate, more professional group I have even dealt with. They patiently answered my questions and addressed my concerns, respected my space and home with care, and the positive, encouraging banter they had between themselves while completing the job was very wholesome. The office staff was also solid; they rolled with my last minute decisions to upgrade the unit with patience and knowledgeable input. I am very pleased with my experience with the Hot Frost company. I received a phone call promptly after leaving a contact message with the company. The office staff have been helpful and have answered all my inquiries. Their salesman was knowable and courteous. Within a matter of weeks after contact my mini-splits have been installed. The crew that did the installation were on time and quite professional. I was recommended this company by a friend and will certainly recommend Hot frost to others. I was worried that the mini-splits would be loud but this is not the case.
