I have only had two situations where I have had to deal with them, but both were handled very professionally. Both times there wasn’t much they could do for me, the first time it was just cheaper for me to buy a new laptop so they only charged me for the diagnosis and that was it. The second time was today, I email them about a problem with my computer hoping that I could bring it to them to get it fixed, they responded informing me that they are no longer in the province they were in originally but they still took the time to give me some tips and pointers on what could be the problem as well as some alternative places I can bring my computer!

I recently had a custom PC shipped to a client from Los Angeles to Canada. Of course, customs went ahead and tore it apart, not only destroying parts of the frame, but frying the GPU. Luckily I was able to find Richard at Geek Monkey! He was only a few minutes from my client and they were able to get the PC to Richard as soon as he was available. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got the PC running as soon as the broken part arrived. Everything was done in a timely manner and not to mention a very fair price. My service experience with Richard was outstanding. I highly recommend him for any computer issue. My laptop hard drive was severely corrupted and he took great care and time recovering my data. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed. It was great to have such a great experience and his rates were very good.
