Tyler was great to deal with! Very knowledgeable and responsive. It took a while for my car to get here, but less time than other dealers I spoke with. In the end it was worth the wait!
I am not a brand-loyal buyer but have seemingly had Fords for a long time now. I recvently bought a used Hybrid and neede winter tires so I was looking online for a cheap option. I called Avalon Ford for a baseline estimate of cost and withing minutes I had a quote that was only marginally higher than my online options. I ordered them and put the car in, got the shuttle to work, and then they picked me up at noon when it was ready.I really could not ask for much better speed and service. Booked my Fusion for a recall notice on the 16th of January. Dropped it off and told it would be ready by end of day. No call backs so called left message to get update. Finally with ten minutes before they closed I went in to find out they didn’t get car finished and they had to order a part to get the work completed. Due to storm part would not be here till 18th. Well here I am on the 23rd still waiting for a call to get the recall completed. I would say this is not a good customer experience.
