I was really disappointed with my experience. I came in for an undercut touch up and some trimming - they were half an hour behind, and the lady who took me seemed completely disinterested in what she was doing. I understand they were busy, but throughout my haircut she hit me multiple times in the face with the chord, shaved the undercut unevenly, used her hands instead of a hairbrush (with sharp nails mind you), yanked on my hair excessively, and didn’t bother to brush or blow off any of the cut hair. My fiancé has been there twice now with our three year old son. Both times, our son was so relaxed and calm getting his hair cut which is the complete opposite of how he had been at other places. It’s also the only place my fiancé goes to and don’t complain about his haircut afterwards. The workers there are awesome! I’ll be going myself once it is time to get my hair cut again.

I am a senior citizen... They offered senior discounts every time I went to this business in Corner Brook. I have been going there for years... Today, I am informed by the cutter that senior discounts do not apply on Saturdays.... I asked how come. No answer. I mean what happens with senior citizens on Saturday that is different from any other day? I stated that its not like they were extremely busy {empty seats}and did not need my business on Saturdays.... Beware senior citizens. Cheap owner
